Jemma McCarthy

Jemma McCarthy is a witty & energetic presenter, chosen by KISS FM as a future female talent in radio.

Jemma was recently awarded a place on the KISS FM Summer School 2021, and subsequently earnt roles as a freelance Reporter for Bauer Media and freelance Producer for KISSTORY from KISS FM. 

Jemma is an experienced Presenter and Host, which includes hosting interviews with the likes of Headie One and ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus at the 2021 Ivor Novello Awards, interviewing The Wanted for their 2021 reunion for Bauer Media (Hits and Heat Radio), hosting Red Carpet interviews at the ITV Palooza's and hosting livestream event 'A Night With Teenage Cancer Trust'.

Jemma regularly co-hosts the weekend breakfast show at Westside Radio, covers breakfast, early-breakfast and the Westside Connection.  

Jemma hosts and produces the 'Spill The Dreams' podcast, which interviews guests across the creative industry to provide advice to aspiring creatives looking to follow in their footsteps. Guests include TV personality & Singer Tallia Storm, TikTok star Kyron Hamilton, West End Leading Actor Danny Whitehead and Breakfast Radio Producer Jodie Bryant.
